Can I sign by hand or create a bilingual card?

Yes—both are free. Draw your signature with a finger or mouse. On Create Card, choose one or two languages for the cover copy and inside message. Review AI translations before sharing.

How do voice greetings work?

The organiser can buy a Voice greetings card pass at the price shown in Preview. It lets contributors record a greeting of up to 60 seconds. An organiser with Voice VIP access can also enable greetings for their card. Contributors can listen before signing and remove their recording through their private edit link before signing closes. Anyone with the shared card link can hear attached greetings.

What is a business campaign?

A business campaign creates a separate personalised card for each person on your recipient list using a chosen design and your company branding. One-time prices use tiers of up to 25, 100 or 500 recipients. Prepare and review the cards, then explicitly queue the emails. Monthly business subscriptions are planned for a later release.

How do I contact support?

Email hello@blueparadise.ca for help with your card, account or payment. For payment questions, include your purchase reference and leave out card or bank details.

Do I need an account?

You can open and sign a shared card without an account. An account is needed to save and manage your own cards, view analytics, update your profile, and use the birthday calendar.

How do I invite people to sign?

On the Preview page, use Copy under Collect Signatures or open the Sign Page in a new tab. Send that signing link to your group. Keep the final-card link for the recipient until the card is ready.

Can BlueParadise email invitations and signing reminders?

Open Organizer from My Cards or Preview. Add up to 20 people at once, confirm permission to email them, and optionally choose a deadline with up to three reminders. Each person receives a personal signing link. Using it marks that invitation signed and stops queued reminders. A signature added through the regular group link is not automatically matched by name or email. Invitees can stop emails for that card from the email footer. Times on the form use your device’s timezone.

What happens when a signing deadline passes?

New signatures stop at the deadline. The card remains readable, and unsent drafts stay in the signing form. The organizer can change or remove the deadline. Publishing locks and admin signing pauses still apply. Finalizing or scheduling a card stops queued signing emails; it does not send the card early.

Can I reuse a card design?

Save a template in Organizer, then open My Templates from your dashboard. You can also duplicate a card in Organizer. Choose a new recipient, sender, and message. Photos, signatures, animation, invitations, delivery details, and thank-yous are excluded. Reusing artwork does not call Google; any names baked into the image remain, so review the new cover carefully. You can choose a fresh generic cover instead.

How do private thank-yous work?

Everyone with the final card link can leave their own reaction and optional note. Replies are private to card organizers unless you explicitly choose to share yours in the celebration gallery. Each browser session can edit its own reply. Organizers see every reply in Organizer and the count in My Cards. BlueParadise does not verify the identity of visitors.

Can contributors edit their signatures?

After adding your signature, save the private edit link displayed below the confirmation. It lets you update your name and message until signing closes. Keep it private. Changes cannot be saved after the deadline, a signing pause, or finalization.

How do shared workspaces work?

Create a workspace from your dashboard and add existing registered accounts. Organizers can edit, invite contributors, and deliver shared cards. Members can view and sign. The workspace owner manages membership, and a card’s original owner decides whether to share it. Removing someone ends their future workspace access.

Can I download my card or a signing QR?

Open Organizer to download a signing QR or printable PDF. The final card also offers a PDF and a reading view of all messages. PDFs preserve animations and GIFs as still images. Some external media may not permit export. Signature order and hidden entries follow the organizer’s choices.

What is the Celebration Calendar?

Add birthdays, anniversaries, work milestones, and one-time occasions. Choose up to ten reminders and a timezone. Download the example CSV to import a list. Pause reminders or remove an event any time. Existing birthday reminders keep working in the earlier Birthday Calendar.

How do Animate payments work?

AI Animate requires a paid card pass or an admin-granted VIP permission for AI Animate. A pass includes one generation and two retries. The price is shown before checkout. BlueParadise unlocks the pass only after PayPal confirms a completed payment. Sandbox purchases are tests and do not collect live money. Card and bank details stay with PayPal.

Where can I see my scheduled emails?

Open Delivery Centre from your dashboard. You can reschedule or cancel a pending email. A sent status means the mail server accepted it; it does not confirm it was opened. In-flight deliveries and failures after three attempts need admin review before another send.

Can I edit a card after sharing the signing link?

Yes, while the card is still unlocked. You can update cover text, artwork, the inside message, styles, and recipient photo from Preview. Publishing can lock the card so edits and new signatures stop.

Where can I see my purchase or receipt?

Sign in and open My account → Purchases in the dashboard. You can review the amount, date, payment status, refunds and reference, then open a printable purchase summary. This page does not display saved card or bank details.

How does AI Animate work?

AI Animate creates a short Veo Lite animation for the selected artwork. A paid or VIP Animate pass includes one generation and two optional retries for its card. You can choose between successful versions saved for the current artwork. If Google cannot animate a particular image, the original artwork remains safe and usable.

Why did my animation fail?

Some artwork is declined or cannot be processed by the video model. Try the one available retry with a gentler motion style. A failed animation never prevents you from publishing the normal card.

What photo files can I upload?

Use a JPG, PNG, or WebP image. BlueParadise crops the recipient photo into a circular portrait at the top centre of the cover. The photo is optional and can be removed before delivery.

How do scheduled deliveries work?

Choose Send Now or Schedule Delivery on the Deliver page. Scheduled email requires the recipient’s email address and the site’s daily delivery process to be active. You can always copy the final link as a backup.

How do I import birthdays?

Download the example CSV from Birthday Calendar. Keep the column names Name, Relationship, and Birthday, with dates formatted as YYYY-MM-DD. Imported entries use 30, 20, and 5-day reminders.

A card or recent change is not loading. What should I try?

Refresh the page once, confirm the complete card link is in the address bar, and try a private browser window. If the card owner locked or deleted the card, you will need a new link from them.

What information is sent to AI services?

Artwork prompts and the selected card image are sent only when needed to generate artwork or animation. Account passwords, signatures, recipient email addresses, and birthday-calendar entries are not included in AI prompts.

Make yourself comfortable.

For larger card messages, choose “Read All Messages” on the final card.
