5. AI-Generated Content

BlueParadise may use AI systems to generate artwork, text, or creative suggestions.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected outputs, or content that requires editing. Users are responsible for reviewing content before sharing or delivering a card.

6. Accounts & Security

If account features are available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activities associated with their account.

7. Intellectual Property

The BlueParadise name, brand, website, platform design, software, and related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Payments & Premium Features

BlueParadise may offer paid or premium features in the future. Pricing, refunds, availability, and included features may vary and will be presented at the time of purchase where applicable.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to BlueParadise. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

BlueParadise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueParadise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
